Returns & Refunds policy

You are able to return the item up to 7days from you receiving it.

Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with & in the original packaging including any additional parts the item may have come with the item.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, any odours.As all items will be throughly checked once we received back to us.

Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria above in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items and will not be issued a refund.

How long will it take for my refund ?

Once we have received your returned item and it has been checked by our team that it returns criteria, we will process your refund straight away.

Funds can take between 5-10 working days to return to your account depending on payment method used and who you bank with.
